NATURE OF THE INTERVENTION
We assisted Toyota obtain Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) for 5 of their office buildings with a net thresholds of 2000 square meters. We provided EPC Readiness Audit and issued the certificate. This will exempt them from incurring R5 million penalties from Mineral Resources and Energy department for non-compliance.
